(hereinafter, “Company”, “Organization” or “Owner”), with registered office in Largo Oratorio, 13 – 15076 Ovada (AL) and operational headquarters in Via Scarsellini 119, Torre B – 16149 Genova, Italy, e-mail: info@enginius.com, is the Owner of the processing of your personal data. In connection with the aforementioned processing, the Owner provides, among other things, the following information. The purpose of this Social Media Policy is to describe the rules of conduct that users should abide by when using the website and the spaces activated by Enginius S.r.l. on social technology platforms. This policy is to be understood as an annex to the privacy<\/em> policy document that can be found, in a separate document, in the Privacy section on the home page<\/em> at https:\/\/enginius.com\/privacy-policy\/<\/a>.<\/p>

Contents<\/h4>

The thematic channels of Enginius S.r.l. are used to inform users about the Company’s activities, collect comments, requests, questions, criticisms and suggestions. The same produce their own textual, photographic, videographic and other multimedia content that should always be credited to <\/u>Enginius S.r.l. <\/u>and the original channel of reference<\/u>. Comments, posts by users who should always introduce themselves by full name, nickname,<\/em> are associated with the opinions expressed by individuals. Enginius S.r.l., in fact, cannot be held responsible for verbal continence, substantive continence of facts and social relevance of the statements made by users.<\/p>

Data dissemination<\/h4>

According to Art. 21 of the Constitution, social networking<\/em> platforms are among the media through which opinions, judgments and criticisms can be expressed. Users, as persons, are subject only to the civil and criminal regulations that limit freedom of opinion from the outside. These rules take the form of limits to the freedom of thought expression, also related to the peculiarities of the employment relationship: they are explications of the duties of loyalty and confidentiality, which are incumbent on the worker as they can be deduced in the work performance.<\/p>

Moderation<\/h4>

Everyone has the right to speak and express his or her free opinion. In the promoted social channels, Enginius S.r.l. may remove comments and posts that are not pertinent to the topic of the channel, but not only that: it may remove messages and posts that are deemed harmful, discriminatory, and offensive to itself or other users participating or not participating in the discussion.<\/p>

The various pages\/channels of Enginius S.r.l. present on the various social media, <\/em>can be freely followed by all users of the network, without prior authorization from the Owner; for this reason, Enginius S.r.l. recommends exercising caution about the dissemination of personal (and special) data when using said platforms. The terms of use and Privacy policies applicable to each Social network are posted on their respective sites and govern the information you provide. The Owner does not perform any form of control over the use of personal information disclosed in a public forum, a comment area, making the user of the platform solely responsible for any disclosure<\/strong>.<\/p>

Insults, profanity, threats or attitudes that offend personal dignity, the rights of minorities and children, and the principles of freedom and equality will not be tolerated. The following will also be moderated: comments that are off-topic with respect to the discussion of a particular post (so-called off -topics<\/em>); comments or posts that may refer to sensitive data or to a context that restricts users’ freedoms; postings that are posted repeatedly or that may disrupt the discussion or offend those who manage and moderate the social channels; and spam. For those who repeatedly violate these conditions or those contained in the policies of<\/em> the adopted tools, the staff reserves the right to block the user to prevent further action and to report the same, to the platform managers and possibly to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.<\/p>

PRIVACY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h4>

Enginius S.r.l. reminds that the processing of personal data of users in the so-called social media <\/em>platforms is <\/em>guaranteed to the extent that the user is aware of how they are using the platform, the service and its potential. It follows that the information generated will actually be shared “voluntarily” by users who, therefore, will not be able to complain about a possible violation of their personal sphere. Personal data also are published spontaneously by users, and the processing of the same by Enginius S.r.l. is carried out solely for purposes of the service performed.<\/p>
